To get more students involved with the orchestra, we are working with Pure Music to offer beginner instrument lessons after school at Quarry Bay School. This year, we will offer this to Y2-Y6 students for a period of 1-2 years with a goal of joining the QBS orchestra in the future. 

The lessons will be at QBS as group instrumental classes in violin, cello, flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet and may include trombone and possibly euphonium.

The tuition will be $515/student for a 90 mins group session on Tuesday at 2:45 - 4:15 pm.

Students will receive an instrument of their choice for free use during their participation on payment of full tuition rate.

A rent-to-own option is also available at a termly rental fee between $1000-$1600/month (depending on instruments) and upon reaching the cost of the instrument, the student owns the instrument. Students enjoy 15% off the tuition during the rental period and 40% deduction of tuition fee after they own the instrument. 

For students who purchased instrument from PURE:
40% off discount on tuition fee, $309/session. 

For students who rent instrument from PURE:
15% off discount on the tuition, $438/session, during the rental period
40% off discount on the tuition, $309/session, after they own the instrument.
