TUITION FEE PAYMENT POLICY

All students are required to pay a monthly tuition fee for 4 lessons at the beginning of each month, either by cheque or cash. If you decide to pay by cheque, please make your payment to “PAM Management Co. Ltd”.

If a student needs to cancel a lesson for whatever reason:

  1. They should provide adequate time for the administration team to notify the instructor(s) concerned. A reasonable advanced notice time given should be 12 hours before the original lesson time slot.

  2. As long as the instructor is free to make-up anytime, the cancelled lesson MUST BE MADE UP. There is NO time limit as to when should the missing lesson be made up, just discuss with our administration then come up with a mutually agreeable time.

It is never our intention to charge any missing lesson due to student’s negligence or any beyond control situation, unless it happens to be a “No Show” situation, where the instructor has arrived our music centre but the student does not show up without any notifications.

Lessons cancelled due to severe weather conditions WILL NOT BE CHARGED. The lesson will be made-up later.

We understand that different schools have different school holiday periods and the examinations might fall into different periods. We are happy and prepared to work out a feasible lesson plan with the students concerned should such situation occur. Please let us know and discuss with us.

Under the new policy, we anticipate that each student should accomplish a minimum of 44 lessons per 12-month cycle.
