Happy Mid-Autumn Festival

Such an honour to be invited by this time Wycombe Abbey School Hong Kong for a series of instrumental workshops showcasing all the different kinds of orchestral instruments. Today is all the flutes from the flute family including the piccolo,flute,alto flute,bass flute and the contrabass flute! what a group of fantastic students with such strong inquiry mindset as reflected in the quality of questions they have asked, such as “ How long has flute been existed?” “ What does the flute made of?”, “ How many kinds of flutes are there in the world? “ and “ Is recorder a kind of flute? “. These are questions coming from a 8-9years old boys and girls! Not easy to answer at all

Also felt so grateful to have performed a flute duet of “ The moon is my heart” with my student Lily Young Nicola Cheung Young to wish everyone a warm and delightful mid-autumn festival
