TUITION FEE PAYMENT POLICY


All students are required to pay a monthly tuition fee for 4 lessons at the beginning of each month, either by cheque or by cash. If pay by cheque, please make payable to “PAM Management Co. Ltd” .

For whatever reason, if a student need to cancel a lesson, he or she is free to do so, and providing that the cancelled lesson MUST BE MADE UP at a later time. There is NO time limit as to when the missing lesson should be make up, just discuss with our administration to come up with a mutually agreeable time for the make-up lesson.

For student to cancel a lesson, he or she must give the administration adequate time to notify the instructor concerned. We feel that a reasonable advanced notice time given should be 12 hours before the actual lesson time takes place.

Please understand that it is never our intention to charge any missing lesson due to student’s negligence or any beyond control situation. However, the only situation that we will charge for a missing lesson is what we refer to “No Show” situation, where the instructor has arrive our music centre and the student does not show up without given any advanced notice.

Lessons cancelled due to severe weather conditions WILL NOT BE CHARGED. The lesson will be made-up instead.

We also understand that different schools have different school holidays and that the examinations may fall into different periods. We are happy and prepared to work out a feasible lesson plan with the students concerned should such situation occur. Please let us know and discussed with us.

Under the new policy, we anticipate that each student should accomplish a minimum of 44 lessons per 12-month cycle. (instead of 52 weeks)
