Such a great Sunday for students of the Hong Kong Flute Centre to experience world-class lessons from the world-renowned Hungarian flutist Professor Gregley Ittzes. The opportunity is always unique for students at the Hong Kong Flute Centre. And again, the appearance of Professor Ittzes has proven the fact that Hong Kong Flute Centre is THE only venue that the BEST flautists from around the world would choose to collaborate with ! Diane Aitken
Flute Masterclass
( 18-24 July 2016)

It was with great excitement to welcome Diane Aitken, world-renowned Canadian flutist to the Hong Kong Flute Centre and Pure Orchestral Centre to conduct a few masterclasses and workshops with us.

Six distinguished flute students had the ultimate luck to meet with Ms. Aitken and received invaluable advices from her through private flute lessons.   Ms. Aitken examined each strength and weakness and focused on solutions leading to immediate improvements. Everyone was so delighted to play for Ms. Aitken and became a better flutist in just two to three days duration.

Hong Kong School Music Festival Recording

Thanks parents and students for your trust, understanding, respect and continuous supports to our teaching and to what we believe in, so to allow pure music-making continues to flourish in the mind and heart of our children.

What a delightful afternoon well spent with Meg Sterling, principal flute of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, from parent talks on our own kid’s education, on how life’s getting on and also on the Faulisi headjoints which is Meg’s main reason for this visit ! Didn’t realize we have been knowing each other for 16 years since 2003. So proud of knowing such a great musician and flutist!

A great day to celebrate, after 5 years of happy playing and dedication to learning, ABRSM Grade 8 flute done !

Thank you Milica Ostojic Faulisi for giving us the precious opportunities to feel the stunning power and the infinite sound possibilities of the Faulisi headjoints !! It is a tremendous 4-day adventures and fun , with great food, people, friendships, fantastic headjoints and professional exchange !! My wholehearted gratitude goes to Maestro Salvatore Faulisi for your trust and confidence in me and the Hong Kong Flute Centre. Surely a new chapter of collaboration is about to adventure !!
